What does EastMallBuy charge?
EastMallBuy adds a platform service fee of 8% of the item price when you pay for an order, and 8% of the shipping cost when you pay for a parcel.
How long does EastMallBuy store items for free?
EastMallBuy keeps purchased items for 90 days (about 3 months) from when the order shows “stored”.
Can I return an item bought through EastMallBuy?
EastMallBuy follows a 5-day no-reason return or exchange rule for eligible items; domestic returns apply inside mainland China only.
Is there an EastMallBuy sign-up coupon?
New EastMallBuy accounts get up to $200 in shipping coupons, as coupons with minimum spends. It is EastMallBuy's own offer.

Ordering a find through EastMallBuy
- Find the item here and press Buy, or paste any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link (or another agent's link) into the EastMallBuy link converter. EastMallBuy addresses items in the path rather than the query: index/weidian/itemID=<id>, taobaoID=<id> or 1688ID=<id>. The converter writes whichever one matches the listing behind the link you paste.
- On eastmallbuy.com, pick the size and colour and pay for the item.
- EastMallBuy buys it from the seller and photographs it at its warehouse for you to check.
- When your haul is ready, combine it into one parcel and choose a shipping line.
