EastMallBuy writes the marketplace and item number into the path — index/weidian/itemID= for Weidian, taobaoID= for Taobao — and the finder reads both. Paste one to see what that seller has been shipping to other buyers.
Every parcel that lands at an agent's warehouse is photographed before it ships on. Those photos are what you approve on EastMallBuy; here you can see the ones other buyers received for the same listing, so the seller's current batch is no surprise.

How to read a QC photo
When not to reject
Creasing from packing, lighting that makes a colour look warm or cool, a bit of lint: a photo exaggerates all of these. If you are unsure, ask for another photo — that is a normal request.
Then the print or logo
Compare proportions and letter spacing against a photo of the genuine item, not against the seller's listing — listing photos are often lifted from the real product.
Look at colour in daylight shots
Warehouse lighting runs cool or warm. When a photo was taken near a window, trust that one for colour and use the rest for construction.
Check the box and the extras
Boxes, dust bags, spare laces and tags are part of what you are paying for. If they matter to you, check they are in the photos — sellers leave them out more often than you'd think.
Hardware and tags
Zip pulls, buttons, rivets, care labels and the fonts on tags are cheap for a good factory to get right, which is exactly why a rushed one gives itself away there.
Quick checks by item type
- Sizing — ask for a measurement photo if you are between sizes; the letter on the tag means little.
- Bags and accessories — hardware weight and engraving, edge paint, the lining pattern.
- Shoes — midsole glue lines, toe-box shape, heel-tab stitching, how sharp the insole print is.
- Clothing — print alignment and texture, tag fonts, hem stitching, colour against the listing.

Can I reject an item after QC?
The time to reject is at the warehouse, before international shipping, while the item is still in China and an exchange or refund with the seller is possible. Check EastMallBuy's own return rules for the details.
Is the QC finder free?
Yes — no account, no signup, no limit for normal use. The site earns a commission only if you sign up to EastMallBuy or order through its links.
What are QC photos?
QC stands for quality check. When an order reaches an agent's warehouse in China, staff photograph the actual item — stitching, tags, soles, hardware, often on a measuring mat — before anything ships internationally. You approve or reject it from those photos.
Do QC photos from other agents apply to EastMallBuy?
Yes. QC photos belong to the seller's listing, not to the agent that took them, so a photo taken for someone who ordered through a different agent shows what the same seller ships to an EastMallBuy buyer.
Why are there no QC photos for my link?
Either nobody has ordered that exact listing yet, or no one's photos have reached a public database. It is not a sign the seller is bad, and it does not affect the photos EastMallBuy takes of your own order.
